Lead educational events aimed at increasing customer knowledge and improving patient outcomes.
Host insights meetings with frontline teams to drive actionable outputs from CX surveys, RTE engagement, consent collection, follow-up bookings, and more. * While for this role you can be located anywhere in Sweden, mobility across the country for conferences and events is expected, depending on business need – this travel activity will constitute ca. 35-40% of the role.QualificationsWe’re searching for driven, commercially-minded team players with following qualifications:
