We are seeking a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team focusing on Technology Transformation within Financial Services. You will be based in Stockholm playing a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ cybersecurity strategies and safeguarding their digital assets.The opportunityWe are looking for an individual to join our team focused on technology transformation. Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering top-notch cybersecurity services.
• Collaborating with Nordic colleagues on proposals.
• Integrating legal and regulatory requirements into client practices.
• Cultivating strong client relationships to uncover sales opportunities.

We seek experience in:

• Leading implementation projects, including core insurance and secure cloud transitions.
• Implementing innovative security solutions like generative AI models, cloud security, and zero trust architectures.
• Developing Threat Intelligence-based cyber-attack scenarios at various levels.
• Creating operating models focused on security, such as Data Leakage Prevention and DevSecOps.
• Understanding the financial sector, including regulatory requirements and risk management practices.

Skills and attributes for success

• 3-6 years of experience in management, design, implementation, or support of cybersecurity projects.
• Passion and expertise in areas like risk management, technology resilience, or cyber threats.
• Willingness to develop and lead teams and projects.
• Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of the Nordic cybersecurity market.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and inspire others.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Swedish is a plus.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CEH, OSCP.
• Experience of relevant regulatory requirements such as Sweden’s financial supervisory authority guidelines, EBA regulations, PSD2, CROE, CRA, AI Act, DORA, the Security Protection Act, and the NIS2 Directive.
• Knowledge of standards such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, PCI DSS or similar.
