Our contribution to society includes reducing congestion, and pollution, providing zero-emissions deliveries, increasing the quality of life for residents, empowering seniors and disabled people, and enabling affordable delivery for local businesses.We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data team and play an essential part in our mission to provide the world with affordable and environment-friendly deliveries.You’ll have a direct impact on shaping a company’s success by collaborating with various key leaders across the organization.Imagine working closely with our operations leaders to optimize staffing, streamline issue resolution, and ensure partners meet compliance standards. Beyond operations, you’ll collaborate with other key leaders across various teams, driving efficiency and growth throughout the organization.This isn’t just another data role – it’s a unique opportunity to shape the company’s success by influencing multiple areas of our business.This position can be based in Finland or Estonia.Your main responsibilities are:

• Cooperating with stakeholders across teams to drive high-impact projects and support both strategic and day-to-day decision-making, enjoying a high level of internal visibility and directly influencing key company initiatives
• Analyzing data to identify opportunities and guiding decisions on how we run our services
• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards related to site and company management, from the underlying data models to the visuals

What we hope you’ll bring to the table:

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a relevant position
• Ability to understand business needs and operations to provide insights for informed, impactful decision-making
• Experience in a role involving business, growth, or product analysis
• Strong SQL skills
• A quantitative mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment
• Team player mindset

Beneficial:

• Experience with Python or R
• Previous experience with data transformation and BI tools, such as dbt, Databricks, Tableau, and/or Metabase
