Supports the overall team.ResponsibilitiesFacility / Infrastructure MaintenancePerforms specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on-site to critical facility components and/or systemsPerforms moderately difficult repairs, maintenance, installations and on-site inspections to critical facility systemsMonitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) and resolves alarms for specialized issues requiring considerable judgement and implications to resolve; follows guidelines on standard procedures and makes recommendations for solutioningOperates and maintains plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systemsImplements energy efficiency measuresAssists team members on coordinating critical infrastructuresWorks on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Kohde sijaitsee Espoon Mankkaalla. Tulevan työntekijän päivittäisiä työtehtäviä ovat reagointi automaatiojärjestelmästä tuleviin hälytyksiin ja erilaisten huoltotoimenpiteiden suorittaminen. Vastaat palvelinkeskuksen sähköjärjestelmistä sekä huolehdit niiden määräaikaishuolloista ja kunnossapidosta yhdessä kumppaneidemme kanssa.Hyvä lähtökohta työtehtävään on teollisuuden tai kiinteistöhuollon parissa toimiva henkilö, jolla on usean vuoden sähköpuolen kokemus ja soveltuva koulutus.Osallistut huoltojen suunnitteluun, aikatauluttamiseen ja työskentelet myös itsenäisesti huoltojen parissa. Pääset työskentelemään monipuolisten laitteiden parissa: Dieselgeneraattorit, muuntajat, sähkökeskukset, UPS-laitteet, akustot ja jäähdytyskoneet. Työhön kuuluu huoltokuvauksien ja työselostuksien laatiminen sekä suomeksi että englanniksi. Tukenasi ovat osaavat ja ammattitaitoiset työkaverit sekä yhteistyökumppanit, mutta kykenet myös itsenäiseen työskentelyyn.Suomessa meitä on yli 60 huippuammattilaista ja viisi toimipistettämme sijaitsevat kaikki pääkaupunkiseudulla.
