Today, the team consists of five colleagues who eagerly await your arrival and are ready to support you in your onboarding to the AWARE universe.MAKE OUR COLLECTIONS YOURS
Building on AWARE’s brand DNA-feminine, minimalistic yet intriguing, and elegant-you will take on the responsibility for shaping and managing the design process in your categories for our six annual collections, ensuring they are both commercially viable and on-trend. Working closely with the other Designer within the team, you will collaborate to define the design, trend, colors, styles, and details of each collection. You’ll be actively involved throughout the entire design process-from conceptualizing ideas and creating initial style cards to communicating with suppliers on qualities and fittings.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all styles align with AWARE’s brand DNA.
• Preparing collection materials for suppliers, Sales, and Marketing.
• Overseeing the start-up of styles, creating style cards, fittings, approvals, maintaining overviews etc.
• Uploading and editing artworks, fabrics, and trims.

YOUR PROFILE
You live and breathe fashion-your creativity, resilience, and curiosity are an unstoppable force of nature. Trend inspiration is not just part of your job; it’s your passion. You set high ambitions while valuing collaboration even more, naturally contributing to a positive and energetic team atmosphere.We hope you bring the following qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in female fashion.
• International design experience in meeting the European market demands is an advantage
• A relevant education within Design, and experienced user of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid English skills, written and spoken – Danish skills is an additional advantage
