If you thrive on enabling others to work more efficiently, enjoy solving complex problems through automation, and want to make a real impact on engineering productivity, this is your chance to be part of something meaningful.You will play an important role in:As a Senior Developer Experience Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and maintaining the tools, pipelines, and environments that empower our developers to deliver high-quality software faster and more reliably. You will work across teams to understand their needs, reduce friction in the development process, and drive forward a culture of continuous improvement.You will:

• Collaborate with developers to understand pain points and improve their day-to-day workflows.
• You’re proactively driving developer community towards better and more efficient ways of working by teaching, coaching and building.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks to reduce manual work and increase reliability.
• Evaluate, test, and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance developer productivity.
• Support and evolve development tooling and DevOps practices across the organization.
• Ensure that testing practices are continuously improved, helping teams produce high-quality software and raise the bar for reliability and performance.
• Participate in planning and architecture discussions to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Leverage your experience in developer and stakeholder management to act as a technical project lead on various digital initiatives. While not your full-time responsibility, your ability to coordinate across teams and drive digital projects forward will be a valuable part of your role.

We imagine that you:

• A PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience writing production code and working with modern software development practices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and development tooling ecosystems.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience with remediation.
• Experience working in AWS environments and with GitLab pipelines will help you succeed in this role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• You´re actively participating in communities, conferences and other events to keep up on what is happening in industry and bring this information, motivation and software back to your daily work.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity to explore new technologies, and a passion for enabling others.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing technical stakeholders.
