• Understand and analyze customer’s business needs to propose the best integration and API solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers on architecture planning, specification, and implementation of integration projects.
• Develop hands-on integration and API solutions using Mulesoft and/or Azure technologies.
• Take comprehensive responsibility for the end-to-end integration solution, ensuring it aligns with business-driven objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in integration technologies.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders, including IT managers and end-users.
• Mentor and coach the other team members.

Job requirements:

• A customer-centric attitude with a consultative approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Having a team player spirit, a willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to guide other team members.
• Proven experience in Integration/API technologies such as Azure, Mulesoft, Boomi, Frends or IBM.
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Certifications in Mulesoft and/or Azure are an added advantage.
• Experience in finance sector (banking, insurance, or pension) is an advantage.
