As a Senior Digital Designer at Manyone Sweden, you’ll work across disciplines and team boundaries to craft industry-shaping digital experiences. You will lead the charge in creating intuitive, high-quality interfaces that drive business success while delivering exceptional user experiences. Collaboration, curiosity, and adaptability define our approach, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment.What you’ll do
Provide strategic direction, concepts, and UX/UI design for digital applications, mixed reality, and physical-digital experiences.
Create prototypes, iterate, and fine-tune details in close collaboration with fellow designers.
Design and facilitate workshops with users, clients, and colleagues.
Lead the strategy-design process—from pitching and scoping to insights, execution, and final delivery.
Continuously explore and re-invent ways of working, sharing inspiration and knowledge with the team.Who you are

• A problem-solver who turns complex design challenges into elegant solutions.
• Highly skilled in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio to back it up.
• Fluent in industry-standard design tools and always curious about what’s next.
• Experienced—at least five years in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.
• Bonus points if you have motion design skills (After Effects, Principle, or similar tools).
• Mindset and personality can beat the amount of years that you have been working. But for this role we thing that +6 years of experience would be a good baseline.
• A strong communicator in English, both written and spoken.
