Join us and work with top-tier clients in a dynamic, international environment! 💎We are looking for a Senior Digital Lead to plan and lead digital campaigns and projects for our clients!As a Senior Digital Lead, you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital platforms and a passion for staying ahead of the curve. You will have a crucial role in project delivery as well as in client communication. You will act as a digital lead, coordinating and leading the work of the client team and ensuring the success of the campaign managing digital budgets effectively and efficiently. Your work includes executing activities according to client briefs, briefing internal stakeholders, planning, executing, and reporting of the campaigns together with the team. As a senior level specialist, you are also able to develop both internal and client related processes and participate in upselling by innovating new sales opportunities. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week).You may be the person we are looking for if you..

• Have at least 4 years of experience in digital media planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Understand digital ecosystems and their players; knowledge of the Finnish market is expected
• Understand cross-media planning principles and can evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of different digital platforms
• Possess strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect client objectives with actionable digital strategies
• Have a solid grasp of measurement methodologies and can guide campaigns to deliver meaningful results
• Have general technical understanding of MarTech, such as ad servers, DSPs and analytic platforms (hands on experience is a plus)
• Understand the total programmatic buying process
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
• Are a great team player who loves to work with various clients as well as partner agencies
• Are eager to learn about clients’ business to better understand how to create lasting value
• Are fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English
