We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for one of Ireland’s leading cosmetic clinic groups. This is a senior role, leading marketing for the organisation and reporting to the CEO.As the business grows, we are now seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join the leadership team and drive the next phase of development. This is the first marketing role in the organisation, giving you an opportunity to make your mark.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in digital marketing strategies, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, and social content. Proficiency with Salesforce would be helpful to optimise marketing efforts and enhance client engagement.This is an onsite role based in South County Dublin (accessible from Green Luas, M50 and free parking is available on site)Why Apply?

Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient acquisition.
- Paid Advertising Management: Oversee and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram and Tiktok ensuring maximum ROI and performance tracking.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers, to nurture leads and maintain patient relationships.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the content agency to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, enhancing our online presence and authority in the field.
- Social Media Management: Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to engage with potential and existing patients, increase followers, and promote our services across various platforms.
- Salesforce Integration: Utilise Salesforce for tracking and analysing marketing campaigns, managing leads, and enhancing customer relationship management to drive conversions.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts, using data insights to inform strategy adjustments and improve overall effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic’s medical team and administrative staff to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetic industry.
- Proven expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) advertising.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.
- Exceptional content creation and writing skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for marketing automation and CRM management.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
