With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.The Senior Digital Product Owner maximizes the value of the e-commerce platform by translating strategic product vision into actionable features and user stories. Working closely with the Digital Product Managers, they define and refine the vision, prioritize the backlog, and ensure alignment with business goals. Through continuous stakeholder engagement, they enable impactful feature delivery while maintaining operational excellence.What you will do

• Define and prioritize the backlog to maximize business value, including features, bug fixes, and technical improvements
• Collaborate with development teams, facilitate sprint planning and reviews, and ensure alignment with the product strategy
• Convert user and market research into clear User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure transparency and alignment with cross-functional teams
• Maintain high product quality and operational reliability under the “You build it, you run it” philosophy
• Work with the Product Managers to turn complex initiatives into clear, manageable Features and User Stories that developers can implement
• Adjust priorities based on stakeholder and user feedback for continuous product evolution
• Oversee rollout management and ongoing operations in collaboration with Customer Service

What you bringExperience

• 3-7 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Team Leader or Project Manager
• Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field
• Solid experience working in Agile environments
• Experience in Backlog Management systems such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
