On behalf of our client we are searching for an experienced, structured and independent document controller to join our team. Responsibilities:Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfills the department plans and proceduresResponsible for document management in individual project or contractEnsure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplinesResponsible for all in-coming and out-going deliveries which go through document controlResponsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control toolBe familiar with eventual electronic client systemsResponsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentationResponsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentationEnter the actual work instructions and ensure that they are complied withRegistration and follow-up of both Supplier & Engineering documentationAdvise project personnel of the document management requirementsDocument progress reportingFollow-up of Supplier document deliveries Qualifications:Good communicationSystematic, accurate and independentProactive, service minded, seeking advise from others and share own experiences with groupUse of MS Office standard software.English language written and spokenKnowledge of ProArc and PIMS DC Work Experience: * Minimum 5 years of relevant project related experience within the oil and gas industry
Education: * Relevant formal, higher education.
