Role SummaryWe are looking for a Software Engineer to work with embedded solutions. This role requires experience in low-level software development in Linux and micro-controllers. Understanding of electronics, as well as, experience in implementing secure boot and device drivers is required. In this position you will be working on different embedded solutions as part of our senior team. Tasks and work content will depend on your experience and abilities we have challenging tasks for experienced team members, but also possibilities for fast learners with less experience.
Your main responsibilities
– Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable embedded software solutions. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components. – Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment. – Provide consultancy services to our customer, offering expert advice and solutions. – Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the embedded systems domain.
Your skills skills and experience
– 5+ years of software development experience with C/C++. – Expertise in embedded Linux (Yocto) and/or RTOS (FreeRTOS). – Hands-on experience with bootloaders, device drivers, and real-time systems development – Experience in hardware bring-up and debugging. – Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. – Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
