Housing / apartment experience is desirable.Responsibilities:Responsibilities will include:

• Developing strong relationships with sub-contractors and quality control for sub-contractor’s work
• Management and monitoring of ground works, concrete frame, utilities and civil engineering contractors
• Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project completed to a high standard and on time
• Coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records
