Full-Stack Scala DeveloperWe are seeking a highly motivated Full-Stack Scala Developer to join our client’s global team, working on web and desktop application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. • Develop and enhance web and desktop applications using Scala, Play Framework, JavaFX, and SQL.
• Participate in technical meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to non-engineering tasks when required.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Scala and Play Framework.
• Full-stack development experience, from front-end to data layer.
• Experience with RESTful web services development and consumption.
• Basic SQL Server administration and troubleshooting skills.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, agile work environment.
• Comfortable working with evolving and undefined requirements.
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Able to quickly design and develop proof-of-concepts for new product features.
• Capable of researching and exploring new technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in web application development.
