The role involves managing health and safety on-site, coordinating subcontractors, and overseeing quality assurance to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and project requirements.Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met, monitoring the quality control of subcontractor work, and ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and design standards.You will also be responsible for reviewing design documents, participating in Design Team Meetings, resolving any design issues, and updating quality assurance documentation.
