Welcome to Bosch.Job DescriptionYour contribution to something big:We integrate our state-of-the-art transport management system with SAP material management to enable E2E article tracking and build a digital & automated transportation ordering processes on global scale, re-defining how the transport ordering and execution works @Bosch:►You will strengthen our world-wide team responsible for global system and process integration►You will do conceptual work on process improvements and system developments►You will coach regional key users in transport operation departments as a process expert, provide trainings and support in incident handling as 3rd level support as well►You will be the first point of contact for providing expert consultation of transport execution topics for other departments and projectsField of responsibility:►Acting as a global subject matter expert for the overland transport execution processes and transport related exception management►Steering the global transport execution expert team►Responsible for transport management system requirement engineering, KPI and process definition, its documentation, and training concepts creation within the SME area►Responsible that processes are in line with legal requirements and company policies (confluence)►Lead and participate in process improvement projects to improve product quality, decrease cost, and improve product performance►Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency within transport execution and transport exception management►Cooperate with other departments focusing on process harmonization and improvement, search for weak points and make suggestions for development areasQualifications►Fluent English language knowledge, German is an advantage►More than 5 years of relevant experience in transport operations and processes management►High level knowledge of transport management systems and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow►On hand experience with using of continuous improvement methodologies, for example lean six sigma certifications can be an advantage►Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills►Project management experience in development, implementation and change management►Openness and curiosity to search for and try out new technologies/softwares and to challenge the status quo►Advanced MS 365 knowledge is must, Visio, MS SQL, SAP knowledge is an advantageAdditional InformationGet to know our #LikeABosch benefits.We would like to help you GROW, so we offer you:
