Job DescriptionDo you dream of bringing your Finance career to the next step and play an important role in the expansion of our existing and new Factory sites in a role with high company priority and global outreach?We do not offer relocation for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesFinance partnering for a project and an engineering organization – Global Workplace Projects (GWP) and Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I).Engage as an equal and active member of two leadership teams across GWP and MD&I to drive, co-drive and co-own financial and non-financial business decisions in line with the LEGO Group strategy.Partner on significant construction projects including innovative new Engineering and Factory Workplace (KOM Campus).Partner on high-priority automation and implementation projects across technologies linking to both Moulding, Packing and Logistics in our factories.Own Performance management and reporting across the business areas incl. driving financial transparency and governance on a global project portfolio.Drive opportunities to improve business performance and processes through data-driven insights e.g. via benchmarks on construction prices.Participate and co-drive the Finance Capacity Expansion Network and through the network drive initiatives on further capability buildingPlay your part in our team succeedingIn this role you will be part of a Finance team of 9 that supports our Engineering & Workplace organization. You will work across key senior business partners globally and locally.Do you have what it takes?The ideal candidate brings a relevant financial background combined with solid finance business experience within a global company. It will be an advantage if you have experience from a manufacturing or construction industry. In addition, we hope to see:Strong business understanding including ability to couple impacts from business decisions in to a finance contextGreat collaboration skills with senior partners in a global contextData-driven and analytical attitudeExcellent communication skills – preparing presentations, written communication etc. to non-finance and senior partnersSolid financial toolbox – including understanding of case development, budgeting processes and accounting principlesAn approach of enabling and at the same time challenging solutions demonstrating the Leadership Playground behaviors by being Curious – Brave – FocusedApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
