The position is based at our head office in Aarhus, Denmark.How you will make an impactAs Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the HR and FLS leadership teams. You’ll lead the financial agenda across these functions, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and strategic alignment in everything from cost management to performance tracking. In addition, you will be supporting financially driven decision-making and driving financial performance across these functions.As a key member of the Business Partner Finance team, you will report to the Head of Business Partner Finance and be part of the Business Partner Finance Leadership Team. This is your opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations-supporting functions that are critical to Arla’s long-term success.Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive performance management and financial processes, including forecasting and actuals for HR-related costs (e.g. STI, vacation accruals, facility costs), Finance, Legal, and Strategy (FLS), consolidation of IT into FLITS.
• Delivering sharp financial analyses and scenario modeling to support key decisions with HR & FLS business areas e.g. facility projects and treasury.
• Support cross-functional initiatives within Business Partner Finance, contributing to broader transformation and value creation.
• Lead the efficiency agenda across HR and FLS, identifying opportunities to optimize spend and improve performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including HR and FLS leadership, to provide financial insights and challenge decisions constructively.

You are a proactive, analytical finance leader with a strong business partnering mindset and a proven ability to influence across functions.Moreover, you have:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of finance experience in a global, matrix organization
• A proactive and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for cost optimization, process improvement, and value creation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across seniority levels – from junior employees to senior-level executives
• The ability to drive strategic dialogues and influence outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments
