Are you looking for a chance to lead and develop a Finance Reporting, Compliance & Controlling function?Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is expanding rapidly, and looking for a strong finance lead to manage our monthly internal and external management reporting and ensure the basis for global, sound financial decision-making. You will play a key role as financial advisor and guide the business within broad finance matters, and continuously streamline reporting processes as well as our forecast process in close collaboration with Performance Management colleagues and our Business Intelligence team.Arla Foods Ingredients is a subsidiary of Arla Foods. We are a global company with a turnover of more than 1,000 million EUR, + 2,000 employees and with a full value chain covering R&D, Supply Chain and our Commercial departments.How you will make an impactAs our new Senior Finance Manager, Controlling & Reporting, you will be a part of the Finance Leadership Team and manage your own Controlling & Reporting team, consisting of six employees, located in our global headquarter in Viby J. Your team is responsible for delivering AFI consolidated reporting and controlling in strong collaboration with our production sites, international joint ventures and subsidiaries across the globe. Further, the department ensures efficient systems and finance processes required for our internal and external reporting, and manage various projects and integrations of sites.More specifically your key responsibilities will be to:

• Manage and deliver AFI Management report, month-end closing and consolidation process, ensuring thorough review and controlling of subsidiaries
• Updating and implementing accounting policies, your department serves as the primary point of contact for accounting (DK GAAP and IFRS)
• Ensure Tax compliance in particular focus on Transfer pricing
• Act as Finance lead on SAP roll out to subsidiaries in the AFI Group
• Ensure Global Financial Compliance in close collaboration with Arla Foods Group Functions (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, etc.) as well as close collaboration with our Shared Service center in Gdansk
• Manage various projects and integrations of sites as well as challenging the existing processes to improve and reduce non-value adding activities with focus on continuously developing people, work relationships and systems
• Lead, motivate and develop your direct and indirect reports and set direction together with the Finance Leadership Team

Also, you enjoy working in a global, high growth and fast paced environment, establishing strong partnerships, cross-functionally and across international borders.As our new Senior Finance Manager, Controlling & Reporting, you will become a key player in AFI and Arla Foods´ finance community, with key focus on managing and developing reporting processes and financial support with your team and in close collaboration with our finance functions on sites and subsidiaries to ensure we deliver financial reporting with integrity, accuracy and completeness.Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• Strong people management skills and interest (this could be your first people management role)
• Strong systems skills – SAP and BI knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with a broad range of financial activities at group level
• Hold a relevant finance/economics MSc degree
• You probably have more than 5-8 years working experience in an audit firm or consultant industry
• The ability to build trust in finance and support a business with a highly entrepreneurial culture to achieve its maximum potential
• Strong communication skills and are able to present complex matters in a simple way
• Speak and write Danish and English effortlessly
