Dublin (hybrid)A well-known, listed business is seeking a Senior Finance Manager – Group Management Reporting. This is a high-profile position with visibility across the organisation, including the CFO, Executive Committee, and Board. The role leads a team responsible for managing all internal Group-level P&L and KPI reporting, designing and improving reporting processes, and delivering both regular and ad hoc insights to senior leadership.A core part of the role will involve managing the consolidation of the annual P&L plan, quarterly reforecasts, and the strategic plan, as well as preparing and contributing to key presentations for the CFO, Group Executive Committee, and Board. The successful candidate will lead the accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly consolidated Group reports, working closely with Group Commercial and Corporate Finance teams, Investor Relations, and divisional finance functions. You will hold divisional teams to account for accurate and timely inputs and play a central role in planning presentations. You will be expected to challenge and influence senior stakeholders effectively, drive continuous improvement across reporting processes, and add genuine value to trading performance reports, financial analysis, and external publications such as the Interim Management Statements and Annual Report & Accounts. You will also be responsible for agreeing and managing the Group-wide annual planning timetable and supporting Investor Relations with analyst and investor queries.The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong track record in producing insightful financial reporting and analysis. You will bring demonstrable experience in financial modelling, exceptional attention to detail, and strong relationship-building and influencing skills. A proactive, self-starting attitude and a history of driving reporting improvements are essential.
