We’re looking for a sharp Senior Financial Analyst to join our Nordic Finance team and make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with the Nordic Finance Director to develop financial strategies and contribute to business success.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the Nordic region
- Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions
- Build and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex financial data
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting under tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience with a track record of delivering insights
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing teamwork and independence
Nice to Have:
- Experience in professional services or insurance
- Advanced degree in Finance
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Fluency in Nordic languages (preferred, but not required)
