We’re looking for a sharp Senior Financial Analyst to join our Nordic Finance team and make a real impact. In this dynamic role, you’ll partner with the Nordic Finance Director to develop financial strategies and contribute to business success.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for the Nordic region
• Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decisions
• Build and maintain financial models and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex financial data
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting under tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience with a track record of delivering insights
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing teamwork and independence

Nice to Have:

• Experience in professional services or insurance
• Advanced degree in Finance
• Familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Fluency in Nordic languages (preferred, but not required)
