You’ll join the highly successful Danish Large & Key Accounts Sales team of approx. 7 people and be based in Denmark/Copenhagen. Strong team spirit and a winning mentality are highly prioritized, and we are an integrated part of Nexi Europe, working alongside highly skilled and experienced colleagues across the continent. You will be accountable for new business sales, cross-selling and upselling to our largest and most important merchants. You will be responsible for building and developing key relationships and become a trusted advisor driving sales and commercial success, helping to ensure that the Merchants Solutions Division achieves its commercial goals.To be successful in this role..you will need to understand the key needs of our merchants in the retail vertical. You are great at solving problems and issues, you have a commercial mentality, and you have a strong drive to achieve goals and contribute to the realisation of our ambitious targets.We expect you to:

  • Be a business developer with a strong hunter gene.
  • Possess an excellent business understanding and the ability to engage at the executive level.
  • Apply well-known sales techniques and challenge the status quo.
  • Have documented sales results and a high level of business ethics.
  • Have a strong business network and enjoy establishing new relationships.
  • Be a great communicator with relevant industry experience.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Create new business opportunities from your assigned existing account portfolio.
  • Prospect the retail market to expand your portfolio with new future merchants.
  • Orchestrate the various pre-sales, product and support teams and external partners to ensure Nets deliver world-class digital payment services.
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction and usage of CRM and pipeline sales tools.
  • Participate in relevant fairs and events.

  • Solid experience (preferably 8-10+ years) from direct sales and large account management, preferably with retail merchants.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience from Payment, FinTech, IT or Telco industry.
  • Great communication skills in both English and the Scandinavian languages.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant area.

You adapt to change and embrace new and disruptive ideas and strategies.
