It spans over activities such as listing of bonds, operating a marketplace for Fixed Income products and offer a palette of Nordic derivatives instruments eligible for clearing at Nasdaq.Our people make all the difference in our success.We are currently seeking a highly motivated and committed Senior Sales Executive with a consistent track record in building and managing client relationships and business development within the Nordic Fixed Income market.As a Senior Sales Executive you will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective long-term interaction with the Nordic/European Sell- and Buy side community. You will be one of the primary interfaces for Nasdaq’s offering of Fixed Income solutions and be responsible for generating demand with senior management of executive level stakeholders.What will you be doing?
- Establish and maintain effective long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers at Investment firms, Hedge funds, Banking Sector, Issuer Community, Government/Municipality sector and Regulatory bodies active in the Nordic Fixed Income market.
- Contribute to the development of Nasdaq’s short- and long-term Fixed Income sales strategy.
- Create demand for our Fixed offering by raising its profile with existing customers and generating new sales leads.
- Achieve revenue and market share targets for Fixed Income by growing activity per account.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management to understand their needs and link them to our existing product offerings and to identify where new markets/solutions can be developed.

- Serve as a Fixed Income specialist with considerable depth of knowledge.

- Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
- Determine how to achieve results based on strategic priorities.
- Network with key contacts outside own area; often influencing senior leadership.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of working within the Fixed Income area at a Bank, Investment Manager, Financial Advisory or similar organization.
- Outstanding knowledge of the Asset Management industry. Existing relationships with the Buy-side will be considered a plus.
- Relevant academic degree
- Excellent client and service orientation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to take own responsibility. Important to be result oriented combined with problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Well-organized, accurate, proactive, conscientious and resilient.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within an international team.
- Good regulatory knowledge of regulation related to capital markets is meriting.
