Join us in our ambition to drastically improve monitoring of patients both in the hospital and home settingWe are looking for a passionate Senior Flutter Developer to take ownership of our front-end applications, driving innovation and excellence in our mobile solutions.What will you be doing?As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality front-end applications with a medical monitoring purpose. You will lead front-end development efforts, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless user experiences. Working closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, you will shape the future of digital health applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Own the development and maintenance of our Flutter-based front-end applications
• Design and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Ensure quality by automated testing (unit, integration and e2e level)
• Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness across devices
• Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and data services
• Understand and optimize mobile app distribution (PlayStore, AppStore)
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends
• Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in software development
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security best practices in mobile

The position is primarily remote but occasionally you’ll be required to work in our office in Talent Garden Copenhagen.Who are you?You’re an experienced flutter developer with an eye for detail and persistent in your efforts towards keeping the front-end in perfect condition.As well as being friendly and helpful, you’re also keen on delivering high quality visual content and keeping external communication on point.You’re fluent in both written and spoken English, and preferably possess the following competencies:

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming and Flutter framework
• Experience with state management solutions such as Riverpod
• Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
• Experience in working with healthcare applications or a strong interest in the MedTech industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
