Senior D365FO Developer / Technical Architect
Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen
Contract Type: Permanent – Global End UserA leading international organization is undergoing a major digital transformation and is seeking a Senior D365FO Developer with strong architectural skills to help shape and implement their new global ERP platform.This is a high-impact role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on development with technical leadership and architecture. You’ll be part of a globally distributed development team responsible for delivering robust, scalable solutions with Dynamics 365 F&O at the core.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions supporting a global ERP rollout. The role requires deep knowledge of D365FO (with a focus on WMS and WOM), a collaborative mindset, and the ability to lead technical design decisions from concept through to deployment.Your responsibilities will include:→ Architecting and developing custom features and modules in D365FO using X++
→ Translating functional requirements into technical designs and scalable code
→ Supporting global ERP template creation and rollout – starting with WMS
→ Advising stakeholders on solution design and technical best practices
→ Leading code reviews, managing build merges, and maintaining clean code standards
→ Documenting solutions and providing technical guidance to development teams
→ Troubleshooting and resolving production issues as needed
→ Mentoring junior developers and promoting knowledge sharing within the teamWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a senior-level developer who can bring both strategic thinking and technical execution to the table. You should be comfortable designing solutions from scratch and leading by example in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.You’ll ideally bring:→ Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX2012 R3)
→ Strong background in solution architecture and technical design
→ A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
→ Proven experience working in complex IT or supply chain environments
→ Familiarity with Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
→ Excellent communication skills in English – written and spoken
→ An analytical mindset with great attention to detail
