We utilize state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting, and performance evaluation, allowing the organization to advance medical innovation and improve lives.Position OverviewThe Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the Nordic & Baltic cluster FP&A Lead, supporting cluster-wide analysis and reporting. Position can be based in:

  • Sweden
  • Finland
  • Norway
  • Latvia

  • Denmark

Major Activities

  • Manage monthly and quarterly sales estimates consolidation and reporting for the Nordic & Baltic cluster.
  • Perform bi-monthly expense analysis across the cluster, identifying areas of focus, trends, and proposals for attention.
  • Support the Cluster FP&A Lead and Cluster FD with forecast cycle consolidation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Provide backup support to Nordic & Baltic country and cluster FP&A Leads.
  • Lead and participate in ad hoc global and local projects.
  • Deliver timely, relevant, and accurate reporting and analysis of the division’s performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making.
  • Liaise with the Business & Regional MER Finance CoE and other cross-functional teams to support the creation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Proactively challenge and drive continuous improvement of existing processes through optimization, standardization, and simplification.
  • Assist in maintaining an effective internal control environment, ensuring compliance with GAAP and corporate policies, and provide documentation support for regular internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate with the cluster Business support & Data/Digital department on data projects (e.g., creation of new dashboards).
  • Provide necessary training on FP&A topics.
  • Manage SAP master data (Finance + OTC master data).
  • Oversee Promo Projects and act as the main user for the SAP Promo Project Tool.

Expertise Required / Core Competences

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish is a benefit.
  • Demonstrated understanding of national and regional finance laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., US GAAP) and the ability to apply them in moderately complex situations to ensure financial integrity.
  • Ability to navigate a large corporate organization with multiple stakeholders, effectively identifying and collaborating with subject matter experts to achieve team objectives.
  • Adherence to the highest standards of trustworthy and ethical behavior in all interactions, with a commitment to compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Capability to manage assigned processes and tasks independently with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines under time constraints.
  • Stakeholder-focused, structured, and reliable, adhering to agreed timelines.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong communication and relationship leadership capabilities.
  • Support change management activities by leveraging strong financial expertise and project management skills.
