We’re on a mission to build a cutting-edge platform for the maritime and shipping industry—helping companies make greener choices. And guess what? We’re starting from scratch! That means you’ll have the freedom to design, develop, and optimize web applications the right way, making sure they’re scalable, modular, and built to last.As a key part of our small but mighty team, you’ll get to shape both the frontend and backend (though we’d love if backend is where you shine the most).Our mission:ReFlow is on a mission to support the decarbonization of the maritime industry. We are building a brand-new platform from scratch designed to empower stakeholders with the tools and insights needed to drive sustainable change.Working at ReFlow:We have a fun and social atmosphere, with an amazing location in the center of Copenhagen—right next door to the King and Queen! As a team, we win together, supporting each other every step of the way.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel and modern frontend technologies (currently undecided on Vue or React).Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with third-party services.Optimize application performance and ensure high scalability.Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve the user experience.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews.Troubleshoot and debug the new application.Requirements:5+ years of experience with Laravel.3+ years of experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.Strong proficiency in PHP, the Laravel ecosystem, and MySQL.Familiarity with TailwindCSS.Strong experience with Git.Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Pest.Strong understanding of design patterns and experience in building modular and scalable applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of RESTful API development and integrations.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Amazing lunch from Meyers or the nearby restaurants available on Wolt.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Health insurance and other benefits.Professional development opportunities.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Application process:We keep our hiring process simple and transparent.
