At nyra health, we’re building software that improves lives by empowering clinics, therapists, and patients in their rehabilitation journey. As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing nyra insights – our patient management and tele-rehab platform – as well as creating the backend that powers our mobile apps.We’re looking for a well-rounded engineer who values quality, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working across the stack – from concept to deployment, from HTML to SQL. If you’re someone who thrives in building reliable, scalable software and want to be part of something meaningful, this role could be for you.TasksDepending on your background and interests, your work will include:

• Designing and implementing tools for therapists to create personalized exercises for their patients.
• Building scalable systems to simplify workflows in clinics and optimize the rehabilitation processes.
• Powering patient-facing applications with robust cloud databases, cloud functions, and APIs.
• Improving the user experiences for features like speech synthesis and personalized exercise feedback.
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code and contributing to a clean, scalable architecture.

RequirementsMust haves:

• A focus on quality: You write code with care, prioritize maintainability, and understand the importance of testing.
• Experience as a Fullstack Engineer: You’ve delivered features end-to-end, shaping them from conception to release.
• Strong technical expertise: Proficient in Javascript and the modern frontend ecosystem and familiarity with our stack (Typescript, Next.js, React, Firebase, Postgres and Python)
• A focus on quality: You write code with care, apply software and architectural design patterns, prioritize maintainability, and understand the importance of testing.
• A thoughtful, structured approach: You bring ideas and take ownership of your work but are also comfortable collaborating and iterating within a team.
• Motivation to make a difference: You’re drawn to mission-driven fields and find satisfaction in solving meaningful problems.

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with working with databases (both SQL and NoSQL) including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, build pipelines, and deployment best practices.
