Leading Global Asset ManagerFull-time office based requirementA successful Senior Graduate Recruiter and Programme Manager will have:

• Proven experience in graduate recruitment and programme management within the financial services industry (Investment Banking, Investment Management or Asset Management) within the UK and EMEA.
• Proficiency in using Workday for recruitment and HR management.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Able to be office-based, in London, 5 days per week
