We’re looking for a smart, commercially minded Senior Growth Marketing Executive to drive conversion optimisation and content performance across our portfolio of Amazon brands.This is a hands-on, creative-meets-analytical role. You’ll be improving listings, testing what works, scaling what wins, and collaborating across teams to make sure every product page ranks well, converts better, and looks great doing it.While Amazon experience is a nice-to-have, it’s not a must. We’re looking for people who learn quickly, think commercially, and can adapt to the needs of different brands. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
- Optimise product listings for conversion: rewrite titles, bullets, backend terms, and A+ content
- Create and iterate image stacks, infographics, and A+ modules using Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or AI tools
- Run A/B tests on titles, images, copy, and pricing cues using Amazon’s tools or third-party platforms
- Use keyword tools (e.g. Helium 10, Brand Analytics) to identify high-value search terms
- Collaborate with PPC, merchandising, and commercial teams to align on-page and off-page efforts
- Optimise assets ahead of key events (e.g. Prime Day, product launches, seasonal campaigns)
- Monitor and report on key KPIs: CVR, CTR, RPS, AOV, and keyword rank
- Document test outcomes and scale successful treatments across brand

What You’ll Learn

What We’re Looking ForRole Specific Competencies
- 1+ year experience in growth marketing, marketplace optimisation, or e-commerce CRO
- Experience writing high-converting copy that balances search ranking and clarity
- Basic proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools (or willingness to learn fast)
- Comfort with keyword research tools (e.g. Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics)
- Analytical mindset: able to draw insights from tests and performance data
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple brands and categories
- A sharp eye for what “good” looks like across different customer and brand contexts
