Are you ready to lead and develop health and safety standards across major infrastructure projects?We’re looking for a Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join a leading UK infrastructure business, supporting high-profile projects across the Thames Valley region. This is a newly created role due to continued growth, offering a mix of on-site presence and home-based flexibility.This is a senior-level opportunity to help drive performance, support strategic initiatives, and lead a team of advisors across varied, high-value projects.You’ll play a key role in influencing safety behaviours, working closely with project teams, supply chain partners, and senior leaders to deliver real impact.Key duties of the Senior Health and Safety Advisor:

  • Lead and support a team of Health and Safety Advisors across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to influence behavioural safety and performance.
  • Support strategic initiatives alongside the Health and Safety Manager.
  • Oversee health and safety reporting systems, data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Conduct site visits, accident investigations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion compliance, continuous improvement, and best practice across all project areas.

  • Have experience in temporary works, deep excavations, or the water/rail/infrastructure sectors.
  • Are confident with CDM and performance management systems (including client reporting).
  • Have a background in strategic health and safety work or behavioural safety initiatives.
