If so, this role is tailor-made for you!Responsibilities:Your Role and How You’ll Make a Difference:As Senior HR Manager Nordics, you’ll lead our HR teams in Sweden and Finland, and oversee HR operations in Denmark and Norway through trusted partners. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things people-related in the region.

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop HR teams, driving performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Drive Change: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives and cultural improvements across the region.
  • Partner with Purpose: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Foster Relationships: Build strong partnerships with Works Councils and Union representatives.
  • Deliver Excellence: Oversee recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee relations, and more.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with EMEA and global HR teams to implement corporate programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role across multiple countries, ideally in a manufacturing or matrixed multinational environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus
  • IT-savvy and experienced with HRIS systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region
