We are now looking for an HR-professional to join us in Oslo. You will work both locally and globally to drive and support business need and growth. The primary focus will be on the local market in Norway driving transformational projects and union stakeholder management, but also take active part in global HR deliverables and projects. We are in an exciting time where we have an opportunity to re-think how we operate and work within the HR-function, while leveraging what is already great. We are looking for HR professional with the capability to steer and drive on their own as well as contributing to process and projects. You will be part of a global HR team, reporting to Head of HR.With us you willManage, drive and support transformation projectsSupport global business unit’s managers with strategic and operational supportParticipate in HR projectsFollow up data and reports and make analysis in relation to turnover, hires, leavers, and attritionExperience with Norwegian labour law, collective agreements and cooperation/consultation with UnionsCo-create workshop and presentation materialProvide input and knowledge to our HR function to constantly improve the ways of workingWho you are?Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalentExperienced HR professional with knowledge in Norwegian labour law and union stakeholder managementPreviously worked in an international environmentEnjoying change management and projectsProactive with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to plan and execute tasks and projectsResponsible and structuredWorks independently as well as in a teamFluent in Norwegian and English, both written and oralWe offerAn exciting role covering local and global marketTeam support and the great colleaguesConstant possibilities to learnCulture that is built on transparency and active sharingThe position will require travelling from time to time.About the companyTietoevry creates purposeful technology that reinvents the world for good.
