• Act as the primary contact for handling demand requests, ensuring all incoming requests are appropriately processed.
• Capture and document requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility.
• Prepare detailed demand assessments and risk evaluations for decision-making.
• Maintain high-quality deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
• Regularly update management and stakeholders on project progress.
• Coordinate and present demands to the Demand Board in English, securing necessary approvals.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Test and validate completed developments, offering training when necessary to the German speaking colleagues

• Fluent in both German and English, as you will use these languages daily
• 2-3 years of experience in demand management, project management, or business analysis.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Telecom, IT or software developer environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Water Flow charts
• Knowledge of technical tools such as Salesforce and JIRA
• Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex processes.
