This is a unique opportunity to join Danone as Sr Key Account Manager, working with strong known brands such as Actimel, Danonino and Alpro.As Sr Key Account Manager Norway, you will be driving, managing and developing our business with key local retailers. You will work in close co-operation with many internal stakeholders across the Nordics, including marketing, trade marketing, finance and supply chain. We are an international organization, present with well-known brands across the globe, with passion for our local customers and local insights.The role is based at our office in Oslo.Your main responsibilities will be:Develop and execute customer specific plans in conjunction with the annual planning process to optimize Danone´s plans and meeting customer needs.Create and implement strategic customer plans to maximize sales growth and profitability.Prepare and conduct yearly negotiations with defined customers to optimize trade terms, and promotional agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.Continuously analyse, identify, and implement measures to ensure achievement of customer targets, including market share, revenue growth and profitability.Develop and maintain strong relationships on multiple levels with key accounts.Initiate and involvement in cross functional collaboration to secure excellent execution of commercial plans.Lead of external field sales force to secure prioritization of Danone and achievement of field sales KPI´s.Handle customer related challenges, ensuring high customer satisfaction and problem resolution.To be successful, you need to have:Minimum of +5 years proven track record with sales in FMCG company.Academic degree minimum on Batchelor level within marketing or economics.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Potential and hunger to grow and develop within the company.Genuine passion from getting from plans to action.A hands-on entrepreneurial mindset with the courage to test and learnFluent in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written.Team player mentality combined with high sense of responsibility and project management skills.WE OFFERA job which could easily turn into a career in Danone.
