The ideal candidate will bring a robust skill set in methodologies able to capture complex dependencies in sequential data, and demonstrates the ability to select methodologies that accelerate the process from data acquisition to comprehensive analysis.You will work within our Future Physiology team, and we seek a data scientist who thrives in dynamic environments and is prepared to pioneer in uncharted territory accompanied with a creative approach to algorithmic development.Location: Finland (not negotiable)What You will do:

• Contribute to development of new human physiology based features and new sensor technology
• Transforms multi-sensor data into actionable health metrics by combining insights from diverse biosensing technologies with state-of-the-art data science methodologies
• Develop reusable data analytics tools, which can be deployed at scale
• Actively participate in developing and refining the team’s strategic roadmap, innovating and prioritising initiatives, and aligning project goals with broader organisational objectives
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and overseas stakeholders

We would love to have you on our team if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in Data Science with sparse real world data
• Considers Python as their Mother Tongue
• Strong track record in developing deep learning and multimodal data fusion for sequential data
• Have an advanced degree (Masters) in a STEM-related field (e.g. engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics) or equivalent work experience
• Have experience building and deploying data science products in AWS
• Are ready to lead in unexplored areas and has the resilience to find alternative solutions whenever obstacles arise
• Are comfortable working with a diverse, distributed and talented group of team members
