We are a team working at the heart of the T&S P&BC leadership agenda where we support five of Dansk Bank’s IT development tribes and the services organisation in Business Customers.What you’ll do:🎯 Support and coordinate strategic initiatives across the leadership team.🧩 Drive structure and flow around meetings, events, and transformation activities.✈️ Take charge of bookings, travel plans, catering, and smooth day-to-day execution.🤝 Plan and host events such as leadership offsites, steering committees, and country visits.📢 Assist with internal communication and change messaging.📊 Create transparency across agendas, projects, and teams.What we’re looking for:

• A proactive mindset and a passion for making complex things run smoothly.
• Strong planning and organizational skills (agile and/or traditional).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across levels.
• Fluent in English and Danish.
• A background in management support, planning, or as a personal assistant.
