About the RoleWe are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to lead one of our legacy, top-performing Commercial sales teams in EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to inherit a team of proven winners-comprised of both experienced Account Executives and rising stars-who operate with hunger, ambition, and a deeply collaborative mindset.Your job is to build on this momentum. You’ll bring structure, energy, and a coaching-first mentality to help the team scale even further. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, model a strong outbounding culture, and uphold our reputation for excellence in the region.This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Dublin, Ireland office reporting to the Director of EMEA Commercial. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving new business across multiple verticals.
  • Hire and onboard world-class sales talent.
  • Coach and develop a mix of tenured and newer reps to consistently exceed targets.
  • Build and drive pipeline through outbound efforts, partner collaboration, and strategic account planning.
  • Operate with strong forecast discipline and ensure pipeline health across your team.
  • Drive a high-performance, positive, and inclusive team culture.
  • Leverage data (Gong, Salesforce, and internal dashboards) to guide coaching and deal strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, Alliances, and Customer Success to drive alignment and execution.
  • Represent Commercial Sales in EMEA leadership forums and contribute to regional strategy.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience managing a high-performing team of 5+ Account Executives, in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to drive consistent over-performance in new business sales.
  • Experience balancing and developing both senior and junior talent.
  • Passionate about sales coaching, career development, and building a winning culture.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Operate with urgency, accountability, and precision-especially around forecasting.
  • Comfortable navigating complex, multi-threaded deals with technical and business buyers.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales motions; experience in the data or infrastructure space a plus.
