Foodservice is a strategic growth pillar for Arla and the business receives significant investments to support its growth ambitions.”says Roelof van Dinter, Channel, Digital and E-Com Director Global Foodservice.How will you make an impact?As the Senior Manager of Digital Development & e-Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective digital and eCommerce ecosystem (CRM, MA, social media & web platform) to support our Global Channel and Local commercial teams to attract, acquire, grow and retain Foodservice customers. You will do this together with your team of 6 professionals in CRM, eCommerce, Media Platforms, Marketing Automation, Data Analytics and IT Product Managements. You will lead the implementation of the latest AI and Automation Tools to deliver best-in-class and future proof digital solutions.Other roles & responsibilities will be:

• Lead a team of 6 professionals.
• Lead the digital roadmap for Arla Foodservice Globally, including IT architecture and CAPEX approval.
• Ensure budget compliance and re-prioritize budget allocation as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Markets and Global Foodservice teams to ensure digital ecosystems meet business priorities and synergies are realized across the organization.
• Lead the business change management process to secure the right mindset, culture, skills, and strategy alignment necessary to achieve digital sales and marketing ambitions.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date insights, knowledge, and skills in e-commerce, digital development, CRM and media platforms.
• Assess and address needs for building digital capabilities both in Markets and in Global team.
• Support the International Foodservice organization in securing IT development budgets for Foodservice within the international context.

What will make you successful?We imagine that the ideal candidate has B2B digital sales and marketing experience combined with great leadership experience. We are looking for an energetic, strong leader who is visionary, open-minded, and curious.Someone who can work strategically but is also willing to get hands-on when needed. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in building business cases, and the ability to navigate and influence senior business leaders within a matrix organization.We imagine you have:

• Proven experience in digital ecosystem development (CRM, MA flows, Digital Shelf, Web Platforms).
• Experience leading agile (IT PO) teams and developing digital product roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, commercial and market teams.
• A track record in digital transformation and capabilities building.
• Excellent communication skills (in English).
