As a Senior Manager/Director in Global Mobility & People Services, you will:

• Lead and manage diverse projects, providing strategic advice on international mobility, tax, and HR solutions.
• Oversee a dynamic team, fostering growth and excellence in service delivery.
• Develop innovative approaches to support clients in navigating global workforce complexities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring trust and long-term partnership.
• Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions that address client needs in tax, compliance, and advisory

What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Extensive experience in global mobility, tax advisory, or people services, ideally within a Big 4 or similar professional services environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team development and project management.
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as global mobility compliance, international tax, and HR advisory.
• Ideally, you are a qualified lawyer or have relevant legal experience in areas related to global mobility and international workforce management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
