Therefore, we are looking for Senior Manager in IT Development to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamWe are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in IT. You will lead our IT Development team that consists of 9 talented employees with focus on creating an environment where craftsmanship, continuous learning, and delivery excellence thrive.In this role, you will be responsible for developing people, building a strong agile team, team performance, and delivery execution. You will moreover play a key role in ensuring the team’s practices, way of working, and quality align with our goals.Your ability to motivate teams and having a business mindset to create the right balance between cost, quality, and timeline, will be critical in driving a successful team.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage a team of approx. 9 employees, providing direction, mentorship and supporting their growth, engagement, and delivery performance
• Foster an agile, collaborative team culture rooted in accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement
• Securing the right competencies to support our business and future needs
• Be delivery oriented and have responsibility for estimates, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams

Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. We are looking for a candidate who:

• Holds a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree within IT, Software Development or from a similar field of study – preferable with a technical mindset
• Has experience with IT Management, Project Manager within IT, or IT Software Development
• Has an agile mindset and excellent leadership skills with experience leading agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
• Experience with managing resources such as personnel and budget, ensuring the necessary support for successful project execution
• Knowledge from IT operations is an advantage but not a requirement
