Job DescriptionDo you have a blend of physical and digital design background and a passion for crafting magical adventures?Come join us in driving the design process and lead the interactive play experience development!Core ResponsibilitiesIn this role as a Senior Manager (Interaction Design Lead), you are bringing interactive products to market by designing playful and viable connected experiences, and leading designers who create and design products that delight and inspire our audiences globally. You will:

• Lead the design vision and strategic direction, and demonstrate skills to deliver, guide designers, and drive cross-functional collaboration with marketers, project managers, and other design fields
• Establish strong and effective partnerships with project leadership and across the product development cycle
• Drive design processes, identify business and design opportunities, seek to innovate and elevate the quality of Interaction Design
• Take an active role in advocating Interaction Design across LEGO Design
• Act as a leadership role model in a leadership playground, be brave, focused, and curious leading in a creative design environment

You will join the Interaction Design Team in Billund, Denmark, who are driving and supporting interactive play innovation for novelty product experiences. As our Senior Manager, you will lead with design expertise, people leadership skills, and build capabilities and talents in a caring, fun, and creative way through solid collaboration and communication with our Head of Interaction Design and key partners across the organization.Do you have what it takes?To thrive in this position, we imagine that you would have:

• Extensive experience in demonstrating expertise to lead, design, prototype and visualize a play experience using both digital and physical means
• Solid experience with project or people leadership from large, diverse, and agile organizations or start-ups
• Theoretical background in Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction, UX, Computer Science, Architecture, Game Development or another relevant field
• Experience with screen-free interactivity is an advantage

You pay attention to details, think systematically, and have a passion for creating playful and emotional moments. Additionally, you show the ability to stay calm and focused in stressful situations.
