This position involves shaping the company’s approach to employee relations, driving high-impact initiatives, and managing complex ER cases across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting to the Director of Global HR and Operations, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to design scalable solutions, mitigate risks, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance organizational outcomes.This is a unique opportunity to lead global employee relations in a high-growth, innovative organization.
