Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Senior Manager, Operations, where your expertise will guide us in optimising our operational processes globally. You will play a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and ensuring efficient workflow to support the company’s overall goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, empowering your team to achieve excellence.As Senior Manager, Operations, your main focus is to lead Order Desk, Logistics and 3PL teams and functionalities with the following key responsibilities:Operational efficiency:

  • Develop and implement long-term operational strategies with the management team.
  • Plan, monitor, analyze and participate in daily operations to ensure efficiency and goal alignment.
  • Manage budgeting and ensure operational profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the order-to-delivery process, engaging both internal and external stakeholders.

Supply Chain and Logistics Management:

  • Ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Optimize supply chain design, contracts, and transportation routes.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and stakeholders to support strategic operational decision.
  • Act as the key liaison to ensure smooth collaboration.

Technology and Systems Integration:

  • Participate in the development and deployment of modern information systems to enhance collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support IT system integration with supply chain counterparties to improve efficiency and transparency.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience (5+ years) in operations or supply chain or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics or other relevant field or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • A good understanding of supply chain optimization tools and IT system integration.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Fluency in both oral and written and Finnish and English.
  • Goal-orientation and decisiveness in our dynamic environment and in relation to our company’s fast growth.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership of the role.
