• Plan and independently execute assurance or advisory projects across Telia’s IT and Network processes, focusing on key risks such as operational, project, portfolio, security, resiliency, privacy, and continuity risks.
• Approach these projects with a “consultant” and “value add” mindset, emphasizing data-driven risk management, operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, optimization, and thereby going beyond traditional audit approach.
• Utilize data analytics to support risk/impact assessments. Maintain open and professional communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare clear, executive-friendly, contemporary reports with actionable insights and pragmatic recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Contribute to continuous development of IA function at Telia.

This position is ideal for highly motivated, tech-savvy, hands-on professionals who are committed to making a significant impact and consistently adding value with all their endeavors.Who we are looking forThe ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills, along with strong technical skills, business acumen and a growth mindset. With a focus on creating and protecting value beyond traditional assurance activities, they excel in communication and interpersonal interactions, presenting findings articulately to stakeholders in English, with Swedish (or other Nordic languages) proficiency being highly desirable.Professional experience:

• Minimum of 10 years as a value focused IT advisor/consultant in a Nordic business context, preferably with exposure to TMT industry through roles in Big 4 firms, large IT consultancy or similar organizations.

• Extensive experience working within complex and multi-layered IT environments.

• Demonstrated exposure to best practices, industry standards and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, SAFe, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PMBOK, eTOM.

• A master’s degree in engineering or a related field is required, with certifications such as Information security (e.g., CISA, CISM, CCSP) project management (e.g. SAFe, PMP certification) considered an advantage.
• Strong data analytical skills are needed and hands-on experience with data mining are highly valued.
