We are looking to strengthen and grow the EU sector team with a Senior Manager – Transformation Architecture – EU Accounts.

• Designs, architects, and delivers large scale transformation of service delivery models and enterprise operations.
• Applies sector specific business drivers, market events, operating principles, and transformation trends.
• Assembles expertise covering all enterprise functions to lead large scale transformation that generates long term client value.
• Advises teams and client C suite executives on their transformation strategies and helps them design and implement the resulting complex programs.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective management and delivery of complex processes, solutions and/or projects, maintaining focus on quality and risk management, while navigating operational and organizational dynamics.
• May be accountable for the budget, delivery and performance of complex processes, solutions and/or projects to achieve performance objectives.
• May be responsible for building and managing client relationships, revenue generation and/or managing commercial relationships.
• Provides leadership and direction up to and including managers across multiple activities Leads teams with broad visibility to achieve performance objectives.
• Provides deep insight in a function or specialism through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership and innovation.
• Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally through individual and/or team performance (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)

Skills and attributes for success

• Hold a Masters’ degree and have minimum 8 years of working experiences, including client-facing consulting experience.
• Have at least 5 years of experience as Senior Manager for EU institutions.
• Exposure to following type of projects: Digital Cloud transformation, AI, Cyber security, Architecture, Software implementation and management.
• Have commercial mindset and hands-on experience with proposal preparation for EU institutions.
• Fluency in English is required; French and/or German is a plus.
• Have excellent communications and presentation skills.
