The Nordics Consulting team is looking to grow in areas of Supply Chain Management Consulting, to work across all industries.R͏esponsibilities

• Growth: Work with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic account(s). Ensure the consulting business opens new business opportunities and expands Wipro’s client positioning
• Relationships: As a senior Managing Consultant you bring deep expertise and good industry connections to develop the consulting and advisory business
• Solutions: Identifying & defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients
• Customer Centricity: Delivering customer value as a central theme across all activities. Ensuring Wipro is delivering as a partner and aligned to client/customer value and strategic goals.
• Branding: Leverage the above to help create strong Wipro Market Positioning and increasing Wipro’s mindshare

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Supply Chain consulting community and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation.
• Partnering with business users, vendors and the client ecosystem you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognised as a supply chain transformation expert.
• You will own, drive and manage the solution design and architecture and will lead all phases of the implementation.

W͏ho we are looking forDriving Transformation

• Ability to probe customers, engage in conversations to uncover the underlying problems and shape the challenges into structured problem statements. Experience at Senior Manager level from a Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting environment would be highly desirable as well as internal consulting at large corporates / enterprises
• Comes with a good level of transformation proposition definition and engagement shaping using core and disruptive technologies to solve business problems for tangible business benefits at large enterprise clients
• Ability to drive and lead the strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients, partners, motivate teams and achieve results – therefore important for you to be based in Stockholm
• Good understanding of IT and digital technology, including its application to business sustainability goals
• You will have experience across the following areas:

• Strategy: Able to lead the design of a supply chain strategy and operating model
• Process: Able to lead record to report, order to cash, source to pay, including knowledge of tools and automation
• Technology: Working knowledge of enabling technology to support Supply Chain and Performance Management processes and organisational transformation such as;

• ERP – MS Dynamics 365, S/4HANA, Oracle ERP
• IBP solutions – SBP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, OMP, Anaplan or Kinaxis

Sell & Delivery

• Good leadership, communication, relationship building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners and internal organisation
• Supports generating consulting business from new and existing accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into successful outcomes.
• Delivery and program expertise with experience in handling multi shore consulting projects with distributed teams delivering sustainable customer value.
• Know-how to comprehend complex scenarios, propose effective implementation plans & solutions in tackling challenges
