We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.About the Role:We are seeking exceptional Mechanical Project Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high value projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all aspects of Mechanical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting key metrics, progress, and any issues.
  • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to multi-task complicated actions
  • Able to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • High Commercial Awareness
  • Strong Negotiation skills
  • Strong Leadership ability

Qualifications:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • CSCS Skill-card
  • Higher Education Project Management Qualifications (desirable but not essential)
